Before contacting support:
Check your Help menu from within ScheduleWriter: the entire user guide is available from the Help command and you may find the answer you are looking for there!

To contact a support technician via phone:
To receive support, you must have already purchased a ScheduleWriter License Number. We regret that we cannot offer pre-sales support or support during trial use.

We offer Free phone support to users who have purchased the most recent version. For support on previous versions, there is a $29.95 per incident fee, charged to your credit card. To speak to a support technician, call 1-410-358-8676, Monday through Friday, 9:30 AM to 5 PM, eastern standard time.

To verify you as a customer who has purchased, you must include your:
 ● Name

 ● 15 digit License Number
